Introduction to Mysore Class Workshop
If you need a bit of encouragement before coming to one of our Mysore classes, you can book on to one of our ‘Intro to Mysore’ courses. These are usually held on a Saturday at Bristol School of Yoga. Please email if youʼd like details about the next course. We like to keep class sizes small so we can work with each student, giving you everything you need to attend any of our other classes.
Private/Corporate Classes
We offer private classes, either to individuals or small groups of friends or work colleagues. These usually take place at your home or workplace, but we can also organise a studio at Bristol School of Yoga. The fee per session (approx. 1hr 15 mins) for individuals or groups is dependent on numbers and venue. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Workshops
Mysore Bristol hosts an annual workshop with Joey Miles – see workshops page for further details on the next one in 2024.
